White Sausage Chili
- In a large Dutch oven, brown the Smoked Country Sausage with red pepper flakes. Once cooked, drain the fat.
- Add garlic and Hot Pepper Relish, then sauté for a few minutes.
- Add beans, chicken broth, and seasonings to the pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
