Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine strawberries, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, lime, and jalapeno pepper; mix well.
  2. Add fresh herbs and salt to taste.
  3. Refrigerate for at least two hours for flavors to combine before serving.

NOTE: This Strawberry Salsa recipe also makes and exceptional topping for grilled fish!

Cinnamon Sugar Chips

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To fry chips, heat oil in a deep pan or skillet to approximately 375° F.
  2. Cut the tortillas into wedges and fry a few at a time until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon together and toss with the chips, allow to cool.
  4. Set aside in an airtight container.
