Red Eye Gravy

A Southern Favorite!



  1. In a cast iron skillet, over medium-high heat. Cook ham until brown and fat has rendered, 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer ham to a platter.
  2. Add the coffee and brown sugar to the skillet, scraping skillet with a wooden spoon to deglaze and loosen any browned bits from skillet.
  3. Bring to a boil and you’re done!
  4. Serve with your Country Ham. Its a great dip for biscuits!
