Pimento Cheese

Around our neck of the woods, Pimento Cheese is so beloved that it’s often referred to as the “pâté of the South.” Perfect for party dips or sandwich spreads, this Southern staple is an easy, can’t-miss dip that will please any crowd. We recommend topping the Pimento Cheese with sliced scallions and crumbled bacon before serving.

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until fully combined.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with crackers or baguette slices.


It’s important to rinse and drain the pimento peppers to maintain the color and flavor of your cheese spread.
