Peaches & Cream Cobbler

This Peaches and Cream Cobbler is delicious and so easy to make, and is the taste of summer! Made with Loveless Cafe’s Peach Preserves, it’s a perfect dessert for your next picnic or family gathering.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease sides and bottom of a shallow 9-inch pie plate, set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl sift together Biscuit Mix, salt, baking powder, and pudding mix.
  3. Add butter, egg, and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix for two minutes until smooth and pour into greased pie plate.
  4. Reserve 2 tablespoons of Preserves and gently spoon the rest into the batter. Swirl, don't mix, the preserves into the mixture to evenly distribute.
  5. In a separate bowl, add cream cheese and whip with a hand mixer until light and fluffy, then reserving 1 tablespoon of sugar- add the rest in with 2 tablespoons of Preserves and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  6. Gently spread the cream cheese on top of the mixture in the pie plate using an offset spatula (or butter knife). Don't worry if it mixes together it will be fine.
  7. Now combine the reserved sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle all of it on top of the mixture.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving: Either let cool and place in the fridge overnight to chill completely, or let cool for 15 to 20 minutes and serve. Delicious either way!
