Peach–B–Q Pecans

A fun snack made with Loveless Cafe Peach BBQ Rub!

Servings: 4 cups

Ingredients

• 4 cups pecan halves
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 6 teaspoons Loveless Peach B-Q Rub (reserve 2 tsp to sprinkle on top of pecans when they come out of the oven)
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 300°F.
2. Lightly grease a jelly roll pan.
3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the butter, Worcestershire, 4 teaspoons Loveless Cafe Peach BBQ Dry Rub and garlic powder.
4. Place pecans into the mixture and toss until thoroughly coated.
5. Place the pecans in a single layer on the greased pan.
6. Bake 30 minutes in preheated oven, stirring every 10 minutes.
7. Sprinkle remaining 2 teaspoons of Rub on the pecans when they come out of the oven.
8. Cool Completely. Store in an airtight container.
