Pate of the South


A Southern staple made with Sharp Cheddar Cheese …….a spreadable dip for celery, sandwiches, bruschetta toast and crackers.

Servings: About 3 cups



  1. Grate cheese in a food processor or on a hand grater.
  2. Rinse and drain diced pimento peppers, set aside
  3. In a medium bowl, pour mayo, worcestershire sauce, granulated garlic, salt and pepper and mix well add cheese and combine well, then add peppers and mix again.
  4. Be sure all ingredients are blended together well.
  5. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, bruschetta toast or two slices of bread.

It’s important to rinse and drain the diced peppers to maintain color and flavor of your pimento cheese.

For a spicy more savory version you can add chipotle peppers!
