Orange Cream Milk


​A twist on an old classic… this orange cream milk is a dream come true!

Servings: 4 - 8 ounce servings



  1. In a saucepan on medium heat, combine sugar, zest and water.
  2. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes before removing cover and letting simmer for another 5-10 until water is reduced by one third.
  3. Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
  4. In a blender, combine strained syrup, food coloring (optional) and milk and blend well.
  5. Chill well before serving.
