Mac n’ Bacon Jalapeños

Say hello to the new MVP of your gameday tailgate! These easy-to-make bacon-wrapped jalapeños are stuffed with our classic Heat n’ Eat Macaroni and Cheese and are sure to score a touchdown with your friends and family.

  1. Cook macaroni and cheese according to package instructions. Set aside and allow to cool.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Slice each pepper in half lengthwise, removing seeds and any white fleshy parts.
  4. Place peppers on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking oil.
  5. Stuff each pepper with macaroni and cheese using a small spoon.
  6. Top peppers with shredded cheese.
  7. Cut each slice of bacon in half (horizontally) and wrap stuffed peppers in bacon.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until peppers are roasted and bacon is crisp.

Note

If you prefer, you can cook the bacon separately, then cool, chop, and sprinkle on top of peppers when they come out of the oven.
