Loveless Cajun Bacon Tater Casserole

A simple, yet delicious side dish that will please any crowd!

Servings: 6-8 ; 1- 9"x13" Casserole Dish

Ingredients

• 1 (32oz.) bag of frozen tater tots (thawed)
• 2 (8oz.) packages of cream cheese
• 2 cups Mexican cheese blend (grated, divided)
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup Loveless Cafe Cajun Bacon (cooked, crumbled and divided)
• 1 fresh jalapeno pepper (seeds removed and minced)
• 1/3 cup green onions (finely sliced)
• 1/2 teaspoon Loveless Cafe Season Salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F . Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
2. Spread the tots out in a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until very crispy.
3. With an electric mixer, cream together the cream cheese, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese blend, minced jalapenos, and Loveless Cafe Season Salt, blend together well.
4. Add 2/3 cups Loveless Cafe Cajun Bacon and mix until incorporated.
5. Remove tater tots from oven and spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the tots, then sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
6. Place baking dish in preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
7. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with green onions and the rest of the bacon.
8. Serve hot!
