Loveless Bacon-Wrapped Corn

We all know… Everything is better with bacon!

Servings: 8

Ingredients

• 8 large ears sweet corn (husk removed)
• 4 tablespoons Loveless Cafe Dry Rub Seasoning (peach rub or season salt)
• 8 strips Loveless Cafe Applewood Bacon (maple, peppered, or cajun bacon)
• Heavy duty foil
• Loveless Hot Sauce (smokey habanero, plain ol hot sauce, or fire roasted)

Directions

1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Sprinkle each ear with Loveless BBQ Rub, then wrap each ear of corn with a strip of Loveless Cafe Bacon; place on a piece of foil and wrap securely, twisting the ends of the foil to make handles for turning.
3. Grill corn, covered, over medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until corn is tender and bacon is cooked, turning several times.
4. you like a little spice you can add some Loveless Hot Sauce!
