Honey and Spiced Pecan Glazed Brie

Servings: 8-10

Ingredients

• ¼ cup Loveless Cafe Clover and Wildflower Honey
• 1 tablespoon Brandy
• ¼ cup Loveless Cafe Spiced Pecans, coarsely chopped
• 1 (8 ounce) wheel of Brie Cheese, about 4 inches in diameter
• 1 apple, thinly sliced
• Crackers

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. ​
2. In a small bowl, combine honey, brandy and pecans, set aside.
3. Place cheese in a oven proof dish, a pie plate works perfectly.
4. Bake the cheese in the preheated oven for about 4 to 5 minutes.
5. Remove cheese from oven and pour honey and nut mixture over the top of the cheese.
6. Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer or until topping is thoroughly heated.
7. Serve immediately with sliced apples and your favorite crackers.
