Chow Chow Potato Salad

​If you’re looking for a quick, delicious potato salad with a Southern twist, this recipe is for you!

Servings: 15 Servings



  1. Place potatoes in a medium saucepan; cover with cold water and kosher salt.
  2. Simmer until tender about 6 to 8 minutes; drain.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard.
  4. Add potatoes, chopped eggs, chow chow and pepper relish, and toss to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with paprika and parsley.

*If you like a little heat in your potato salad you can use our Hot Chow Chow or Hot Pepper Relish instead!
