Bacon-Wrapped Olives

Two delicious flavors wrapped up into one!



  1. Preheat oven to 200°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each piece of bacon into 3 equal pieces.
  3. Roll one olive in each piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
  4. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 - 35 minutes until bacon is nicely browned and crisp.
  6. Drain on paper towels

Note: Taste olives the day before, if they are too salty, soak them in water overnight for up to 24 hours.
