Bacon Cheddar Scones with Green Onions

These savory scones could almost pass as a standalone meal given the copious amounts of crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Not only do they smell and taste great, but they also look beautiful on the table for any occasion.

Servings: Approximately 20 Scones



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper and set aside.
  3. Blend together Biscuit Mix, brown sugar, and salt in a mixer bowl with a paddle attachment.
  4. Add butter and blend until mixture looks like fine granules (approximately 2 minutes).
  5. Add milk and blend until combined.
  6. Remove dough from bowl and transfer to a well-floured working surface.
  7. Gently fold in bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  8. Roll out the dough to approximately 1-inch thick and cut into 20 triangles.
  9. Place triangles on parchment-lined baking sheet 1 inch apart.
  10. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
