Loveless Cafe's Seven Layer Cookies

How much do we love this cookie? Let us count the ways. Crunchy nuts, sweet chocolate and butterscotch, flaky coconut and all on top of a buttery graham cracker crust. It doesn’t get much better than this, folks!

 

 

 

 

Seven Layer Cookies

 

Ingredients:

 

4 cups graham crackers, finely crushed

2 sticks real butter, melted

2 small cans condensed milk

3 cups shredded coconut

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 cup walnuts or pecans

A sprinkling of LOVE

 

In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs so that they are moist. On a buttered cookie sheet, evenly spread graham cracker mixture and press lightly to form a crust. Poor condensed milk over crust. In order, add the shredded coconut, chocolate and butterscotch morsels, then walnuts or pecans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Let cool before serving.
