Herb & Cheddar Biscuits


Servings: 45-50 2 inch biscuits



  1. Preheat oven to 400*.
  2. Pour buttermilk into large bowl.
  3. Add mix and begin folding. Before dough is evenly mixed, add in herbs and cheese.
  4. Continue mixing, until a smooth dough is formed. Do not knead!
  5. Roll out dough to ½” thick and cut into biscuits, placing them onto a greased or parchment-covered sheet pan.
  6. The sides of the biscuits should be touching.
  7. Dough may be re-worked, and kneaded briefly once before cutting into extra biscuits.
  8. Bake biscuits for 10-15 minutes, rotating once about half way through. Allow to cool slightly before serving
