Directions
- Preheat oven to 400*.
- Pour buttermilk into large bowl.
- Add mix and begin folding. Before dough is evenly mixed, add in herbs and cheese.
- Continue mixing, until a smooth dough is formed. Do not knead!
- Roll out dough to ½” thick and cut into biscuits, placing them onto a greased or parchment-covered sheet pan.
- The sides of the biscuits should be touching.
- Dough may be re-worked, and kneaded briefly once before cutting into extra biscuits.
- Bake biscuits for 10-15 minutes, rotating once about half way through. Allow to cool slightly before serving
