In November of 2011, the Loveless Cafe kicked off a 12-month celebration of Nashville’s music with the Loveless Cafe’s Year of Music and Loveless Cafe’s Artist of the Month. Each month, the Loveless will feature one artist – either established or new, living or legend – and their presence will be felt throughout the Loveless property!
We’ll play a custom playlist of songs with personal introductions in the Cafe and Hams & Jams store, carry their music in Hams & Jams and on our online store, do give-aways and contests on our social media sites and allow staff members to win CD’s and prizes. We’ll also be giving away one monthly Loveless Cafe’s Artist of the Month Grand Prize featuring an epic assortment of music and prizes from each artist.

During her tragically brief lifetime, Patsy Cline won hard-fought acceptance as a country star when female headliners in the field were as rare as snow in July. Her later recordings crossed over from the country charts, racking up sales and radio airplay in the wider pop market. So it was an entire nation that mourned the tragedy when a plane crash on March 5, 1963, claimed her life and those of singers Cowboy Copas, Hawkshaw Hawkins, and her manager, Randy Hughes. Patsy was only 30 years old. Country fans will never forget her or the musical influence she left behind. Patsy Cline was inducted, ten years after her death, into the Country Music Hall of Fame and was the first female soloist ever inducted.
This February, the Loveless Cafe will celebrate the Music of Patsy Cline with a special playlist in the Cafe and exciting contests surrounding the artist. Though she may be long gone, her influence in 
music lives on forever and here at the Loveless, guests can hear a special playlist of some of Patsy’s greatest hits. Sign up below to win:
