Last week, 50+ men, women and children commemorated the war of 1812 and the efforts of “Old Hickory”, Andrew Jackson, to return the Tennessee Militia to their homes. In doing so, the group reenacted the historical events on a 10-day trek up from Natchez, Mississippi to The Hermitage in Nashville, Tennessee.
